By placing orders and using www.inckfx.com you agree to be bound by below general Terms and Conditions.

The products on www.inckfx.com are displayed with their current price and as much information as possible. The price and information can change at any time as well as the design and properties of the products. If the design of a product changes, the image of the displayed product will always be updated accordingly.

All products on www.inckfx.com are sold without taxes.

When placing an order or when you create an account on www.inckfx.com you give us permission to keep your personal information such as:

-phone number
-email address

This information will be kept, in order to communicate with the client and give them status updates on their purchased items, as well as provide us with the shipping and billing information for the purchased items.

We do not send emails to clients regarding promotions or any other news regarding our brand. This happens via social media, so be sure to follow us for any updates.

This information will be kept for an unlimited time. The client can ask us to inform him about the information in our system and also has the right to ask us to change or delete all information kept in our database.

Invoices will always be kept for warranty and accounting properties.

We can not sell you any items without receiving your personal information.

Preparing your order

Usually our pedals are made on demand.

Therefore it can take up to 2 weeks before your pedal is ready for shipping.

*Please note that because of the worldwide shortage of electronic components the production of our pedals can be delayed.

You will always be informed what the estimated production time of your order is.

If your pedal is in stock, it will be shipped within 3 days.

Custom requested pedals are made and designed in consultation with the client. After this consultation the client will receive a final price for this custom build. When the client gives the order to start the production process of this custom build the client agrees with this price and cancellation of the order and refund will no longer be possible.

www.inckfx.com Always has the right to refuse the request to build a custom product for any reason. Although we would love to make your dream pedal, even when it is a challenge to do so. Sometimes it just may not be possible.

Shipping

Within Belgium, all orders ship via Bpost. It usually takes 1-3 days to reach your address.

Internationally, we ship using UPS. There is no 100% guarantee on any international delivery time.

Import duties/taxes

You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes that your country requires.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

30-day money-back guarantee

*Only applies to www.inckfx.com online store purchases and excludes custom orders like custom pedals.

If within 30 days of receiving your product(s) for some reason you are not satisfied and wish to return the product(s) back to us, please e-mail us at info@inckfx.com; we will issue you a refund* no questions asked!

Custom pedal deposits are non-refundable.

*reduced by the fees applied by the online payments system and shipping costs.
Return shipping costs must be provided by the buyer.

Damaged / faulty products

If upon order arrival you receive faulty / damaged product(s), please email us at info@inckfx.com and we will ship a replacement or fix the issue for free.

We will reimburse the return shipping costs you will initially pay so make sure to keep the receipt and mail it to us.

A damaged or faulty product DOES NOT warrant refunds.

Transaction cancellation prior to dispatch

If you decide to cancel your order prior to its dispatch, we will issue a refund reduced by the fees applied by the online payments system

WARRANTY

All products include a 2-year guarantee against defects. Outside of the warranty period, repair costs are kept as low as possible. Email for repair inquiries.

The warranty covers problems related to the function or operation of the pedals due to faulty parts and/or problems related to workmanship. Return shipping costs in this case are covered by us.

Due to the handcrafted and -finished nature of our products: colors, styles, and designs may vary.
The finish may have naturally occurring flaws, which are not covered by warranty.
We also do not cover things such as broken switches, knobs, pots and jacks due to abuse.

We will, though, repair problems that do not fall within warranty for labour, parts + shipping costs.
